Booking information for your vacation

Apartments are available from approx. 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 am on the day of departure

We offer free parking spaces for our guests, which are divided as follows:
Apartment 1: two parking spaces
Apartments 2 + 3: one parking space each
Please note that an additional parking space can be provided on request and subject to availability for a fee. However, there is no entitlement to this.
Alternative parking is available in the car park at the Kulturhaus Fiss (subject to a charge).

- Local tax: In EUR 3,70 per person/day in winter and summer (children up to 15 years are exempt)
- one-time final cleaning: app. No. 1 EUR 115,00 and App. No. 2 & 3 EUR 100,00
- Use of washing machine: 7 Euro / laundry
On request we are happy to offer you our popular bread roll service!

We can offer you free Wi-Fi in our house.

At your arrival you will become 2 keys for the apartment. In case of lost it costs you EUR 100,00 per key.

Should you wish to make a reservation, a deposit of 30 % is required to secure your booking.
2nd deposit of the remaining amount 1 month for arrival.This should be sent to the following bank account:
