Improved cancellation conditions in winter 2020/2021
To ensure that you can enjoy untroubled anticipation of the holiday you have already booked with us and have the corresponding planning security, we have relaxed our cancellation conditions for the coming winter season 2020/2021.
What does this mean for you?
Up to 3 weeks before your planned arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge.
Up to 14 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the final amount (without local tax) will be due in case of cancellation.
Up to 7 days prior to arrival, 70 % of the final amount (without local tax) will be charged for cancellations.
Up to the last day before your arrival, 90 % of the final amount (without local tax) will be charged in case of cancellation.

The safety and health of our guests, employees and residents is our top priority in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region. For this reason, all requirements regarding Covid-19 imposed by the Federal Government are strictly adhered to.
